\”Monarc Assembly\” is inspired by the book \”Fair game\” by George Bertram : an electronic brain controls all wars, terrorist acts etc. and is piloted by a series of sadists who choose an average man for a deadly game, like he has 15 hours to save himself after having been subjected to torture and experiments to prepare him for the game. We are all into this game because \”he\” will soon become \”us\”. A noixperimental trip for all desensitized ears.
