PARUS (Ambient, Experimental Folk) – Anton Anishchanka ft. Hanna Silivonchyk
Parus is the project by electroacoustic music producer Anton Anishchanka in collaboration with folk signer/ethnographer HannaSilivonchyk.
Ambisonic soundscapes, live vocals, sampled ancient Belarusian acoustic instruments, tapes, synthesizers and analogue sound precessing gear.Field recordings which where recorded in the villages, national parks and bogs of Belarus – places where Belarusian folklore music was born immerse the listener to the authentic sonic landscape. The songs where collected during ethnographicexpeditions in remote territories of the country by folklorist and singer – Hanna Silivonchyk and are sung on the ancient Belarusian language by her.
