Inaugurazione della mostra Dry Eye Dripping Stone, di Line Bøhmer Løkken
Line Bøhmer Løkken è un\’artista e parte della casa norvegese Multipress.
Finalmente in mostra da Leporello, Dry Eye – Dripping Stone animerà i muri della libreria fino al 25 luglio insieme a un display delle altre pubblicazioni dell’autrice, fra cui Choreography with Potatoes and Flour, Wood Works, Immersed in Stone – Black Ice and Circular Exercises.
Il progetto Dry Eye – Dripping Stone ha visto la luce in forma di libro la scorsa estate: attraverso pagine leggere, quasi trasparenti, in cui si sovrappongono immagini di superfici naturali e una presenza umana che discretamente interagisce con l’ambiente che la circonda, Line Bøhmer Løkken ci fa immergere in un’esperienza visiva che sembra avere a che fare più con il tatto che con la vista, creando attraverso questa morbida stratificazione di immagini fatta di toni leggeri e pause silenziose un universo che sembra funzionare in modo simile all’accumulo dei nostri ricordi.

Finally on show at Leporello\’s, Dry Eye – Dripping Stone will animate the walls of the bookstore through July 25th, along with a display of the author\’s other publications, including Choreography with Potatoes and Flour, Wood Works, Immersed in Stone – Black Ice and Circular Exercises.
The project Dry Eye – Dripping Stone was published last summer: through light, almost transparent pages overlaid with images of natural surfaces and a human presence that discreetly interacts with its surroundings, Line Bøhmer Løkken immerses us in a visual experience that seems to have more to do with touch than with sight. Through this soft layering of images made up of light tones and silent pauses, she creates a universe that seems to function in a way similar to the accumulation of our memories.
On show until July 25th
